As part of Christmas, we took the kids skiing. Ironicly it was about the same travel time to ski in NC as in WV, so we headed up to Winterplace in WV since it was interstate almost the entire way.
The three older kids took an all day ski class and loved it. By the end of the day Josh was able to ski down the mountain and Isaac was turning up a storm. Even little Serena was doing an awesome wedge.
Bella and parents had hot chocolate, walked in the snow, watched sister at her class and then Jared and Tracy went tubing while Bella went to Frosty's play place - inside where it was warm.
The kids were nice enough to sleep the first two hours of the drive home and we made it in time to watch a movie and go to bed.
