What to do on a half day?

Get outside, of course!

So we went to the nature preserve and went hiking.

OK it was a nature walk not a hike, but still fun.

On our hike we happened upon a fairy village.
Where hundreds of fairies live unseen.

We also paused to throw some gumballs into the lake.

 Ok - she had a stick in this picture, but most of the things they threw were gumballs.

At the end of our hike the kids decided to make their very own fairy house.

 And we found a throne where Isaac was knighted

and everyone got a chance to be the king or queen.

Overall it was a good afternoon.
